And since your country allows terorists to make such attacks first then this is the consequence of your country's impotence in standing up to terrorists. The fact the terrorists often hide rockets and positions within homes and around civilians makes the likleihood of civilian deaths more probable but also makes the terroruts responsible for deaths of civilians. If the terrorists had not initiated this action (and there is no doubt they did) there would be no Israeli attacks on terrorist positions in Lebanon. Remember Israel withdrew from Lebanon but Lebanon was more interested in tourists than controlling terrorists.
