We're still here

We're still here. As Ramzi aptly reminded us all. No much has changed recently, it's been relatively calm. That can be worrysome, in itself, but seeing as change is coming no matter what, I'd say things are not so bad.

Locally, Omar Karami was re-appointed a PM. Boo-f***in'-hoo. Who cares? That guy can be a moderate, a fundamentalist, a savior, a devil, he can be your friend, or your enemy. Basically, he will be whatever Syria tells him to be. You deal with the cause, and not the consequence. It didn't make a difference.
