Another Explosion!
Explosion in Ashrafieh was heard near Byblos Bank - Jeitawi region, at around 11.55 p.m.
Will update ASAP.
*UPDATE: ANB and NBN said there were only material damages and no casualties, whereas LBC reported 5 injured.
