Qana Qana

Qana falls victim of another savage war crime by the Israeli War Machine.

10 years after the first Qana massacre, and as part of their ethnic cleansing practices in the South, Israel hit a shelter in the Southern Village of Qana before dawn.

55+ dead, 21+ children.

Must be those precision Smart bombs that Condy Rice rushed to Israel.

Express your outrage today at the Grand Seray.

Update:Everyone in Beirut to Go down to ESCWA NOW, Spread the word.

NO words can describe the horror of the images i am seeing on TV channels. Rice is not welcomed in Lebanon and her trip is cancelled ( I think Sanioura told her you better not come as no one will receive you)< Sinioura also said that no negotiation about a package deal anymore but ONLY CEQASE FIRE NOW.

Uh you guys realize we're in a war right? In war there are casualties. Don't want to be involved get the fuck out of the area. It's not a hard concept, don't sit in the tree while it's on fire and cry about it later, it's your fault.

the loss of civilian lives is saddening. but hardening of positions in return just begets more of this.

what lebanon needs right now is peace, and declarations like siniora's are not going to forward it.

I have an idea for all the brilliant Lebanese people on here. If you don't want Israel to kill civilians, why not take Hezballah out of Lebanon. I know I know, because then Israel would infiltrate, occupy the area, and then eat your childrens blood. Except for the fact that Israel didn't even give two shits about your ugly country until Hezballah tried to start shit with the most beautiful country in the world. I hope Hezballah support continues to grow, so you guys can cry louder as Israel slaughters more. Thought you guys were such tough shit, now you see you aren't even worth the finger nail of Israel. Well I mean, Nasralla says Hezballah is winning, so you should listen to him, he's winning the war of words, not the war. I love how they break into the UN building, hope it's bombed next so 100s of more Arabs die and then you guys can cry over them too. Haha, you guys are pathetic thank god you're being killed, thank god your children are being killed.

Sionara's declaration makes sense! The Israeli blood thirst is without end, so no use of meeting a representant of the power that strongly support the continuation of the blood shed. The Arabs now have to show that they do care about their fellow arabs in a neighbouring country, or forever be silent. The warcrimes that has occured during this conflict is beyond believe.

I think the reason a lot of people are crying is beacuse that's all they can do. If you guys were actually putting up a fight that was even close, many arabs would be singing another tune. Instead they're made out to be victims, because that's just what many of you are, victims of your stupidity. Hezballah wants to provoke Israel, that's fine. Don't cry when you are hit back. There are two sides to the fence, and Israel happens to be holding many more weapons on their side. You don't even have a chance, so acknowledge the fact that you are getting slaughtered and that's why you are crying. No candy in arab streets now, is there?

i suppose i have to shout it out loud for people to read: the unnecessary deaths of civilians make me sad. it's such a waste of god's greatest gift of life.

but does that mean that i should wish that haifa shares the same fate now?
why should more civilians die? why? to "get even"?

i just hope all these children at qana didn't die for nought. i wish they would be the last dead children in the middle east due to war. i don't want to see any more bodies of dead children.

so fakty, if you have a suggestion on how to get there, i'd be very happy to hear it.

it's days like that, that make me desperate. and the allegations i'm hearing, too.

At Sunday, July 30, 2006 1:05:00 PM, Blogger linalone said...

"but does that mean that i should wish that haifa shares the same fate now?",
My answer is NO. Civilians shouldn't be targeted whatever nationality they have. But pls don't tell me enno there were HIzballah "terrorists", hiding between the victims. Where are their bodies?

At Sunday, July 30, 2006 1:06:00 PM, Blogger peace_head said...

linalone, what do you know about me anyway?

do you know where i live?
is it beirut?
is it haifa?
could it be cairo?
or someplace in the USA?

so lets say i live in israel.

am i jewish?
am i arabic?
am i palestinian?
am i an immigrant?

i won't answer these questions: i think they don't matter - i want peace, as a civilian.
i don't care which side thinks what's just and what's not. i just know the deaths of civilians is not right and i want it to stop.

i condemn the killing of innocent civilians. their death makes me sad. but i want to hope that they will be the last dead children in the middle east. and that their death will be the catalyst for peace, and not the catalyst for more violence.

that's my meaning of shahid.

Oh yeah someone should edit the post and note that leaflettes and loud speakers told idiots to get out of there. You shouldn't cry when you get hit while remaining in the line of fire. I mean, that is, if you want the rest of the educated world to care. And you guys wonder why no one supports you, other than anti-semites? LOL

At Sunday, July 30, 2006 1:11:00 PM, Blogger peace_head said...

so if there were any, would it make the killing more justified?

(maybe according to international law, but i give a hoot about that)

and if there weren't any, would it make the deaths of civilians more sorrowable?

a dead body is a dead body. people can argue about the honor, about their rage...

but remember, nothing brings back the dead. i have lost a personal friend in the years of the israeli-arab conflict. i was very sad, and wished he would be the last. but then another died. and another.

it made me sad, but now the fact that violence goes on and that their deaths didn't matter, makes me even sadder.
and the fact that i cannot see even a remote chance for peace (especially right now), puts me in despair.

As an Israeli, I do NOT support the killing of civilians.
Israel says that HE militants took shelter in that building and that many time leaflets calling to leave the village were sent.

Never the less, this act is barberic, And if Israel knew that civilians are present, they should have hault the fire.

Thats my opinion anyway.

many fast recoveries to the victims on both sides. And hope this nightmare ends soon.

In haifa? Before or after the pamphlets from Hezballah were dropped. Wait what, wait nevermind terrorists don't do that. The arab civilians are portrayed as victims. Fuck them, they are terrorist supporters in the eyes of the entire world, but themselves. Their best cry is that main stream media is propaganda, when the entire world has already seen the propaganda they spew. It's their fault anyone dies, if they had half the brains of a normal person they would stop eating propaganda. Their lives mean nothing to me, they're the reason anyone is being killed, fuck them.

Omer stop being so stupid. You don't need to justify yourself as a humanitarian here. Many here are openly in support of Hezballah murdering innocent Israelis. It won't change their opinions if you got down on your knees, gave them life to their dead relatives, and told them things would be good. They would spit on your face with an even bigger smile in their face.

6 Haiku ( distorted by hot tears )

New Century
in the falsely promised land,
flesh fuses into stone.

Beneath a crushed home
children lie broken, silenced
in the name of ‘peace‘.

From the stretcher
hangs you daughter’s broken arm -
she’s waving goodbye.

Qana’s miracle,
how technology can turn
water unto blood.

Goliath’s reply
to David’s impudent stone,
raining cluster bombs.

The six pointed star
destroys itself, in frenzy
forms a crooked cross.

That's a tragedy. I find it despicable and barbaric that some bigots (like 'n1x') regard the destruction of Lebanon and the Lebanese people as something great. I feel with the Lebanese. The same terrible masacre had been performed by Serbs in my beautiful Bosnia in the early 90's. Serbs terrorized, slaughtered, raped thousands of Bosnians. Why? Because we are muslims. Because of our religion. The same is happening to Lebanon now. That is so sad.

What a horror. As an Israeli I feel terrible sorrow for those killed in Qana (and Lebanon). I do however, believe that Hezbollah needs to disarm. Lebanon should be allowed to pursue peace & democracy without having a militia running its borders. Israel needs to be much, much more careful, and isn't winning any friends by killing innocent human shields. I believe we can work toward peace, even if you disagree or hate Israel. Peace would be good.
