In Living Memory of Samir Kassir &Others: Justice
Maybe it's fate, or perhaps it's pure coincidence. A UN International Tribunal for the crimes committed in Lebanon, and the assasination, or attempted assasination of Lebanon's great Men and Women - two years after the assasination of Kassir.
The criminals did not suffice with Politicians, they went out of their way to kill journalists. They did not suffice with killing hope with President Hariri, they wanted to kill conscience, moderation, and free speech with Kassir, Fleihan, Hawi, Hmadhen, Chediack, Murr, Tueni, Jmayel, and perhaps more to come on their bloody list.... A long list of martyrs, and a longer way to go. Still, the day of Justice shall arrive, and Justice shall prevail. If in doubt, where is Saddam Hussein, Milosovitch, and Moboto Sisiko? The Rulers who killed thousands ended up in a cell like common criminals.

Two years on the assasination of Samir Kassir, in his memory, and on the eve of the International Tribunal, we bow in respect, and in pray for power to keep our minds free, and our priorities straight.

Mobutu died in exile.
Good try, though.
Oh, and we all bow in respect, in the lOving memory of great men.
long live hassan khaled and moussa sadr and ragheb harb. where is the tribunal to try their murderers? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
This Siniora team government has not found a single murderer not a single one. This despite the "help" of the FBI and French secret service (which by the way is strange, where is our independance?)
What is it waiting for to resign and let a clean govenment replace it and start really governing this country?
