Vote For Your Favorite Candidate!

I'm sorry, I cannot but find this site hilarious... As they say in French, "On prend les mêmes et on recommence!" (Ya3ni same people, same shit!)

The President of the Republic wannabes are: Samir Geagea, Michel Aoun, Chibli Mallat, Amin Gemayel, Nayla Moawad, Nassib Lahoud, and Boutros Harb.

Last time I checked, Samir Geagea was winning, so if you prefer any of the other candidates, you better move fast and vote!

*Update* Speaking of hilariousness and presidential candidates, if you only had to read one newspaper article today, please let it be this one! Mr. Young, I wish I were still your student! :D

Thanks for keeping me up to date about politics. I've been out of the loop for the last two weeks.

Dude,

You sound like a journalistic character in some Soviet-Saudi remake of “Back to the Future”:
“Interestingly, The Pravda’s disinterested investigative journalist comrade Mikhail Youngovski literally “eviscerated” our reactionary foe…. Rest assured that our great goateed leader Saad Rafikovich has reiterated his commitment to constructive dialogue with all Soviet satellites”

Today, as SAUDI ARABIA has acquired a CONTROLLING STAKE in most Lebanese newspapers including “THE DAILY STAR”, and as Wahhabism replaces Marxism, subsidized propagandists such as comrade Young and notorious war criminals such as Jumblatt and Geagea are quietly walking in the shoes of the former communist leaders of Hungary and Czechoslovakia…

Hahaha! Now that's what I call hilarious! Chill out with your Saudi Arabia obsession already, dude!

First of all, thank you for addressing your comment to me, and not just copy/pasting it on a myriad of blogs like you usually do (the first part, at least!).

Second of all, I am APOLITICAL, I do not support nor belong to any party whatsoever. But I do appreciate a good article when I see one (although this one is a bit extreme, I must admit)...unless this has suddenly become a Wahhabist characteristic?
