Strategy was put in motion as Hezbollah began gaining military strength in Lebanon - U.S. OKs rushing bombs to Israel
Move could mean many targets yet to be hit in Lebanon

I'm afraid I have to agree with olegt on this one.
The only people caught off-guard by all this are the civilians.
That Israel had plans to destroy everything we have built in 15 years given half a chance is a logical assumption, and one that was made time and time again by Hezbollah when we were busy getting Syria off our backs. And now they claim 'ignorance'.
