For anyone talking about resolution 1559, please be aware first of the 68 UN Resolutions that Israel in violation of, not to mention Israel's violations of the laws of war and the Geneva Conventions.

I don't know why they call them 'resolutions.' That implies 'resolve,' which is something the UN has never had (other than to embezzle money and rape children -- they're pretty determined about that).
so I gather we all agree that Israel has a double standard when it comes to UN resolutions.
Well of course Israel never signed the Geneva conventions. There were still too many crimes to be committed, yet without violating any conventions they signed. Duh ...
I see that the Israelis here are so 'angry' with HA, Syria and Iran, well ... there's a very nice solution for their anger, just pack your bags and LEAVE to your 'real' homelands.
The US, the EU, Russia, the whole world is opening its arms wide to you!
But actually, talking about the UN resolutions does matter. You know that resolution where the Lebanese Army was supposed to disarm Hezbollah? That's the one that the Israelis are using as an excuse to bomb the hell out of Lebanese civilians. Cool huh?

Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir commissioned an analysis of UN voting concerning Israel. The results were, from 1967 to 1988 the Security Council passed 88 resolutions directly against Israel. During that span, Israel was condemned 49 times. In the General Assembly, 429 anti-Israel resolutions were passed, Israel was condemned 321 times.[1] From 1955-1992 "Israel is the target of at least 65 UN Resolutions and the Palestinians are the target of none." Glad to read article like this.I am aware bout the Israels violation.Israel is not signed Geneva conventions.Now also there are so many crimes committing over there. They should have signed to stop the violation.
