Gebran Tueni Assassinated in Car Bomb
Lebanese parliamentarian and editor-in-chief of An-Nahar newspaper Gebran Tueni was assassinated this morning in a car bomb in Mkalles, a mountain town outside of Beirut very near the UN investigating committee's headquarters in Monteverde.
Tueni has been a constant critic of the Syrian regime and a prominent member of the March 14 uprising. His voice has been the loudest in an every growing chorus calling for accountability and change in Lebanon.

My condolences to all FREE MINDS...another victim of truth...there are a million Gebrans in this land...Another crime of the dirty syrian regime...They have brought out all the prejudice and Hate in US...i wish they burn in hell those assassins!!!

Joubran Touaini was assassinated today, but this time Syria has nothing to do with it.
We killed him, the fuckin stupid lebanese people killed him, stupid Amal and Hezbollah killed him, our fuckin stupid asshole president who is sitting in his fancy castle on his fancy ass killed him.
